Balance due 10 days before the wedding date.

All Plans are based on up to 7* hours of coverage. If additional coverage is required, the charge will be at the rate of $30.00 per 1/2 hour. (* Exception: the Mini Plan is up to 3 hours)

The Proper Exposure / RP Marotta Photographer's liability for prices, finished work and
proofs ceases after 90 days. -
All table shots must be purchased for the additional fee of $6.75 / per table in addition
to your Plan choice. -
All prices subject to 5% MA sales tax.

It is understood that The Proper Exposure is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.

No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

The Proper Exposure reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives remain the exclusive property of The Proper Exposure.

In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding/contract, the deposits paid are not refundable.

The Proper Exposure takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event The Proper Exposure fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of The Proper Exposure , The Proper Exposure's liability is limited to refund of deposits.

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce photographs elsewhere
without The Proper Exposure's written permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. -
