Questions Answers
What is your payment policy? $150.00 deposit is due when you book the date.  This locks you in for the day, AND, locks-in the plan price.  The balance is due 10 days before your wedding date. 
Do you accept credit or debit cards? No - All payments are to be made by check, money order or cash.
How many hours of coverage are included? Each wedding is special and unique.  When you choose The Exquisite, The Majestic, or The Classic, the amount of time allocated is up to 7 hours of coverage.  
The Mini Plan is up to 3 hours of coverage. 

If additional time is required, overtime charge will be assessed.

How soon before the function date do you call us to confirm all times and starting location? Generally, I will call you at the beginning of the week prior to your function date.
How many shots do you take? I shoot between 150 to 200 proofs.  The mini plan is up to 100 proofs.
On the day of our wedding, how much time is required to complete the formal photos? Generally, with your assistance, it takes approx. 45 minutes to take all the formal photos.
Do you shoot black and white? Yes - Black and white photography is available.  There is an additional charge for this service.
Can I have a color photograph made into a black & white print? Yes - This is a great way to achieve a classic B&W look to the finished photograph of your choice.
How long after our wedding will we get the proofs? Average time for delivery of proofs is 5 weeks.  I will call you to arrange a time for pickup.
How long after we return the proofs will our finished order be ready? Finished order time is determined by two things:
1) The plan selected, and,
2) The time of year you get married.
Average time for finished work is 10 weeks.
How do we pay you for the extra photos ordered? A price list is included with every delivery.
You are to calculate the total number of extra prints (Size, quantity) x  the cost per print.  Then, add 5% MA sales tax to the amount.  Payment must be submitted in full with your order - by check, money order or cash.
Can we upgrade from the plan we originally selected? Yes - You can upgrade to one of the other plans available.
Can we purchase the proofs? Yes - Proofs can be purchased in addition to the plan you have selected.
Can we add more photos to our album?  Our parents album? Yes - Pictures can be added to all album styles.  Prices vary for size, and album style.
Do you post wedding proofs on the web? Yes - When you choose The Exquisite, The Majestic or The Classic plan, proofs are posted to the web at no additional cost.  
Note: If you would like your Mini plan added to the web there is an additional cost of $100.00.
Are the negatives part of the plan? No - Negatives remain the property of The Proper Exposure.
How long do you hold onto the negatives? Space permitting, negatives are stored from 1 - 3 years.
